To return a product, you will need to contact our customer support desk. After doing so, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions. 


You will be required to submit to us the tracking number. Without submitting the tracking number, your return will not be accepted.


When shipping the item, you will need to write a reference number somewhere on or in the package that will be provided to you.


Please note that your return must be received by our warehouse before we can issue a refund.
