Once you have shipped the return package to the closest warehouse address provided to you, you will need to provide us with the tracking information to complete the paperwork on our end.

If you have already submitted the tracking information, you will need to hang tight until our warehouse verifies the return.

Due to COVID-19, processing time through our warehouse can take anywhere from 2-7 business days upon arrival.
