COVID-19 Announcement - The good news is that we are open for business with regular processing hours and made changes to how we can operate to focus on the safety of our employees and all of our awesome customers! At the moment, we have increased our capacity and currently processing orders in 24-72 business hours (not including weekends). Once a package is ready for shipment, a Tracking email will be automatically sent out and the package will be handed off to USPS or regional shipping carriers. All orders that are successfully placed will be shipped out.

Please note that your packages are not lost as all parties involved are making their best attempt to deliver your order as soon as possible.

NOTE: Due to COVID-19, we have noticed that USPS and shipping carriers are experiencing delays in scanning and processing on some shipments due to unprecedented volume increases and limited employee availability. Please note that delays might occur with your order so we recommend to wait patiently for up to 5 business days for Tracking to update once you have received a Tracking email. You may contact your local USPS, regional carriers office, and delivery person for updates in regards to regular mailing services.

• Order transit times are as follows:

  - Standard Shipping - 3-12 business days in transit

  - Free Shipping - 5-15 business days in transit 

• Shipping confirmation emails are sent prior to being shipped as this indicates that the package has reached the next stage in the fulfillment process in preparation for shipment.
• If you do not see a tracking update immediately, please do not be alarmed as the package has been sent to carriers and awaiting scans.
• Be sure to regularly check your tracking link as an update will appear as soon as the package has been shipped.
• If you have not received your shipping email after considerable time since you've placed your order, the email may be in your spam folder.
