If you have confirmed that the shipping address listed on your order is invalid/incorrect, you may contact the shipping carrier directly to arrange mail forwarding instructions.


You may learn more about this option by visiting the carrier's website or contacting your local carrier's postal office.


 Once the package is received back at our facility, we will contact you with an update regarding your refund. We apologize for the inconvenience.


Note: Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of Jelly Jim Nutrition, and any issues arising from packages not received must be resolved by the customer, with the postal carrier in use. 

We will submit claims on your behalf if they fit the criteria of our shipping provider's requirements for lost mail.
